Pellet Smoker "La Plancha"  Now you can use use pellet smoker as a flat top grill with our griddle insert.  Must be used in conjunction with the "Universal Grate Frame" 19'' deep x 23'' wide x 1/4'' thick.  Made with 2 handles and 1 grease drain.  Use with heat deflector installed or removed but always grease drain on left hand side.
